Exhibition at Galerie Momogusa
We are delighted to announce an exhibition showcasing Peter Ivy’s latest works, including his striking Pendant Lights and exquisite Ojyu (Wooden Tea Containers), which beautifully marry traditional craftsmanship with enduring design.
The Ojyu, with their captivating interplay of light and shadow, are skillfully crafted from maple wood, highlighting the wood’s natural grain. Designed in thoughtful collaboration with renowned Japanese potter Masanobu Ando, known for his minimalist tea ware, these pieces feature his ceramics, with meticulous consideration given to their size and specifications, achieving a harmonious balance between form and function.
This exhibition is a particularly special occasion, marking Peter Ivy’s second showing at Galerie Momogusa and his first in a decade.
We warmly invite you to join us for this remarkable event.
